Costly Presence – Northern Ireland at Jutland

Jutland is the largest naval battle ever fought in European waters. 400 from Northern Ireland took part. They were drawn from all sectors of society and from throughout the entire region.

ROLL OF HONOUR  of the Northern Ireland boys and men who were there including, for most of them, their service details, family  and home location. The location of the naval and civic memorials to those who died in the service of their country are given where available.

SHORT DESCRIPTIONS  OF PRINCIPAL SHIPS with rolls of the Northern Ireland men who served in them.

CURRENT STAGE
Explorations are currently underway with the aim to publish this as an e-book.
