July 6 – SAS men from NI murdered by Gestapo. Roll of Honour

Four SAS men from NI were murdered on this day in 1944 by the Gestapo. They came from Armagh, Cookstown, Moira, and Randalstown. On the same day, James Bingham and Alex Clarke died with the Belfast Gunners in Burmah and two Belfast men were lost in HMS Trollope.
