Today’s Roll includes accounts of former Inst student Ralph Ireland a young RN officer lost in heavy seas in 1917and William Darragh from Cookstown who died in HMS Grenville in 1940. Harry Christie, DSO, MC died in Italy in 1944. A teacher in Strandtown Primary school, he is thought to be the ‘most decorated Inniskilling.’ There are six RAF personnel in today’s Roll.
