
Sixteen NI men from the three services represent those who died on this day and are named in the Roll of Honour here. Featured are Terlincthun War Cemetery (photo) where Thomas Darragh, a Royal Inniskilling Fusilier, from Broughshane, rests , having died of wounds in a nearby hospital, and Canada Farm Cemetery where the remains of Gunner Sydney Allcock of Carrickfergus were laid. Flight Sergeant William Smith from Belfast is remembered at Runnymeade Memorial, Surrey, Knockbreda Parish WM. And the 502 (Ulster) Squadron WM, in St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast. Men from Dungannon, Larne and Belfast complete today’s roll of remembrance.
